Quality Improvement Plan 

Every year, ROCK identifies priority areas for improvement that span across the agency. This commitment is summarized and documented in our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). The QIP describes the areas we will focus on to make improvements and is available for the public. 

The areas that we are committed to improving include: 

  • quality of care; 
  • safety and well-being; and 
  • access to care. 

Your Voice Matters 

Your feedback is used to help us create, shape, and improve programs and services offered at ROCK. This is the process we use:

We have incorporated your suggestions to help improve our services, including: 

  • topics of interest suggested by clients have been incorporated into programs and services; and 
  • the format of services has been adjusted to better meet clients’ needs (e.g., adding a group session).
