What are Caregiver
Supports and Peer Services?

Peer support at ROCK is a supportive relationship between people who have lived experience in common. The Peer Support Provider offers emotional and social support to caregivers who share the common experience of living with and supporting youth with mental health and or complex needs.

Our dedicated Peer Support Providers are available to offer support strategies, wellness workshops, resources, tips and strategies, or for a casual conversation.

ROCK has Peer Support Providers in a variety of programs to meet caregivers and families needs, including Caroline Families First (CFF), Community and Youth Development, and Autism Services: Urgent Response Services (URS) and Foundational.
